Katya Green
At the heart of Ekaterina’s work lies the idea of a symbiotic relationship between human beings, their inner world, and nature. By exploring the interconnectedness of people with their emotions, states of mind, and lived experiences, and with the natural world, the artist highlights the unique beauty of each element within this system.

The post-apocalyptic landscapes depicted in her work mirror the inner turmoil and chaos when one realizes that losing touch with nature means losing oneself. Through her art, she calls upon us to reflect on our true values and on the importance of honoring both inner and outer beauty.

Ekaterina has exhibited her works in her hometown of Yekaterinburg at the “Контраст/Contrast” Gallery, took first and second place in the Futuristic Landscape category at the “Пейзажи мира/Landscapes of the World” exhibition-competition in Serbia, and participated in the “Страны и континенты/Countries and Continents” exhibition at the “Звезда успеха/Success star” Gallery in Krasnodar.
Series “Toxic Legacy”
This series is a visual exploration of the aftermath of ecological catastrophe, revealing a new world — poisoned, filled with toxic fumes, a vision of our possible future. Against a backdrop of dead trees, polluted rivers, and scorched earth, figures in protective suits and gas masks stand as symbols of both vulnerability and the struggle for survival. Their appearance resembles a cocoon: shielding them from the hostile environment while isolating them from reality. Each painting raises urgent questions about the impact of human activity on nature and the legacy we leave behind.
