Lizaveta Petrova
A self-taught artist. Expressive, vibrant, and striking. She explores the body through color and form, hoping her works help each viewer feel freer and release the constraints on their bodily movements.

Happiness will prevail!

  • 2023 – Open Art International Festival, Moscow
  • 2024 – Group Art Exhibition “Reflection,” Moscow
“Quieter,” “Tired,” and others
At the festival, Lizaveta will present a set of standard objects — painted canvases, plywood pieces, small sculptures — where all the characters are exactly as they want to be, exactly as they need to be. A thick body signals the need for extra protection; a loud voice declares a desire to be heard; large feet want to take up space and stand firm. Our bodies are extensions of our needs. Our bodies should not be shamed — they must be listened to, supported, and loved — and first of all, we must love ourselves!

Bold colors, loud statements. These bodies set the rules. They demand respect. Nothing else happens.
